The essentials for planning your site access.

    Installation & safety →
Can I order 100 units or arrange a company-wide rollout?

Yes. Use the Major Projects enquiry to share your quantities, product mix, locations and preferred delivery dates. The team will confirm the quote, availability, freight and lead times for your project.

Can you make a ramp around our dimensions?

The custom access range includes purpose-built ramps, steps and access solutions. Send the required height, width and span, equipment details, total operating load and photographs so the team can assess your application.

Which standard ramp fits my opening?

Pro offers 220–230 mm clearance; Mini offers 120–130 mm. Both bridge a 330 mm span. Measure the complete opening and the approach on each side before selecting a product. For unusual geometry, ask the team to assess it.

What working load should I use?

Pro and Mini have a recommended Safe Working Load of 250 kg. The 300 kg figure is the maximum breaking load. Custom TOUGHERTRACKS 2.0 specifications are configuration-specific; confirm the required system and operating load with the team.

Is the standard system reusable and easy to install?

The standard ramps are portable and reusable, with no tools or special fixings needed for normal setup. Optional fixing to a concrete substrate requires suitable tools and concrete bolts. Follow the supplied installation instructions.

What are the ramps made from?

The standard ramps use polypropylene reinforced with 20% long glass fibres. The central bridge uses 50% long glass fibres; the connecting rods are galvanised carbon steel and the feet are rubber.

How do the ramps protect the tracks?

The system bridges over exposed sliding door tracks, providing a crossing for foot traffic, wheelbarrows, bins and trolleys within the working load limit. Correct sizing and installation are essential.

Can I place ramps side by side?

Multiple sets can provide a wider crossing for suitable wheel spacing. Adding width does not automatically increase the approved working load. Check the setup, total load and operating requirements with the team.

    How much is delivery?

The published FAQ lists $30 flat shipping for standard ramp orders. Bulk orders, custom ramps and made-to-measure covers require a confirmed freight quote. Share the delivery postcode and any access restrictions.

    Where can I buy ToughTracks?

Order Pro and Mini through the shop, request a project quote or find a local retailer. The retailer directory includes the published stockist information.

What should I compare against temporary timber ramps?

Consider material and fabrication costs, setup time, repeated replacement and the risk of track damage. ToughTracks is designed for reuse across access points and future jobs; the free resources include a cost comparison calculator.
